Terms & Conditions

1. General

All orders placed with Harshad Furniture are subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information

• All products are handcrafted and may have minor variations in color, size, or finish compared to the samples or images shown.
• Harshad Furniture reserves the right to modify designs, materials, or specifications for improvement without prior notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on material cost and market conditions.
• Any quotation issued is valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• Orders will be processed only after receipt of a written confirmation or purchase order.

4. Payment Terms

• Unless agreed otherwise, 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation and the balance 50% before dispatch or delivery.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved modes in favor of Harshad Furniture.
• Goods will remain the property of Harshad Furniture until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production load or material availability.
• Transportation and installation charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Harshad Furniture is not liable for delays due to force majeure, strikes, or circumstances beyond control.

6. Warranty & Claims

• All products carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty against structural defects under normal usage.
• Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, misuse, exposure to water, fire, or unauthorized repairs.
• Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded after production has started.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation before production, a processing fee of 10% may be charged.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Harshad Furniture remain its intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

10. Acceptance

By placing an order with Harshad Furniture, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
